At PAHRC, we believe that age-old Ayurvedic texts hold the solution to an array of diseases that afflict our present world. Through a rigorous interpretative study of these texts and constant research, we can re-calibrate ancient knowledge into modern medical applications. For instance, PAHRC's research into creating the perfect vat for preparing medicines took many years. A purpose-built foundry for fabricating the purest alloy was set up in the hospital campus. The end result of these efforts was a vessel that dramatically improved the potency of the medicines - especially in the case of young autistic patients. The kuti at PAHRC is also the result of Dr. Sethumadhavan's passion for research and innovation.
Spread across 9 acres of land, the herbal garden of PAHRC is home to hundreds of medicinal plants. Herbs for various medicinal compositions are sourced from this herbal garden. The highest standards and protocols are followed to ensure the efficacy, safety and purity of our herbs. A wide variety of rare and endangered species form a major part of our herbal garden.
PAHRC has a world-class drug manufacturing facility at Palappuram.
